Mary's free-range chickens are raised in a humane, stress-free manner by Pitman Farms, a family owned business that has been raising poultry for three generations. They are vegetarian fed and allowed adequate space to roam. They are antibiotic, growth stimulant and hormone free.

A combination of shredded cabbage, julienned wood ear fungus, carrots, bamboo shoots and eggs sautéed in our house special sauce. We prepare simply as above, or add your choice of shredded pork, beef, chicken or shrimp. Served with plum sauce and four pancakes.

Iron Plate

A combination of broccoli, mushroom, green onion, baby corn, stir-fried in black pepper and garlic sauce. We prepare simply as above, or add your choice of chicken, shrimp, beef, scallps or lamb. Served on a heated iron plate with fresh julienned onions.

Our organic brown rice is supplied by Lundberg Family Farms, a local grower dedicated to caring for the land responsibly and sustainably.
